Recycling Rig

We regularly get asked to create and build stunts for brands, more often than not they are very last-minute requests, requiring a lot of planning and thought to create a memorable stunt!

But when Kopparberg invited us to bring the recycling rig to life we found it too hard to turn down!

We found an old Swiss army truck, stripped it down and started work on the rig. Made of up-cycled materials it features 87 working speakers, DJ booth and huge rotating recycling wheel at the rear.

Taking inspiration from cult film Mad Max the recycling rig powers parties in the capital's parks in exchange for empty bottles and cans handed in by Londoners.

The more empty bottles and cans that are handed in, the longer the music will play. Visitors to London parks heard remixes of popular classics and summer inspired hits hosted by a resident DJ.

The 'Recycling Rig' was the latest instalment of Kopparberg's "Fånga Dagen" campaign, encouraging us all to do our bit to keep our parks green, while having a great time too. It’s a mindset they live by in Kopparberg town and the reason why the brand was created 24 years ago.
